For high volume plastic and metal part requirements Raybold will have a class A matched punch and die set made to be used in one of our large Rousselle punch press machines. These custom made die sets will typically stamp out a part in one hit. This effectively eliminates multiple handling operations and saves time. With this process we can hold extremely high tolerances and keep the per piece price low. This process is used where the part volume can support the investment in a custom die set. In many cases these parts are then painted or powder coated and screen printed to create a finished part ready for assembly.
