Utilizing an array of equipment and industry experience, Raybold can fabricate just about any type of plastic, metal, paper or composite material. Raybold can fabricate customer-supplied materials or they can purchase the required materials and finish to customer specifications. In-house capabilities include:

Die Cutting

Raybold offers different types of die cutting services based on your requirements. We have clicker press dies for sizes up to 36” x 36” for paper, film, fabric, and other materials that can be stacked and cut. Raybold also employs Thomson clam shell die cutters capable of cutting sizes up to 30” x 42” while still maintaining very close tolerances. These die cutters are among the most versatile in the industry and are used to cut, crease or emboss anything from plastics, laminates, paper and film up to .060” thick to thin soft metals like brass, copper or aluminum. For high volume sheet fed applications Raybold utilizes Kluge automatic die cutters. These die cutters are capable of high speed automatic feed production for applications up to 14” x 22”.

CNC Routing & Drilling

Our router/drillers are high tech, multi spindle, computer controlled machining centers. These centers do not use coolant or cutting liquid on the parts being fabricated thereby maintaining a clean work environment with literally no contamination to the finished product. These machines can be programmed to machine thin metal or laminated sheets as well as drilling multiple holes at precise locations on 3 dimensional products.

Precise CNC Fabrication of Plastic or Metal

Raybold employs other types of manufacturing equipment. Punching equipment is used for metal stampings and other final or secondary operations. Also, Raybold utilizes manufacturing equipment such as shears, guillotines, drill presses, and more to round out its fabrication capabilities.
