Along with our many process capabilities, Raybold can do your light assembly operations as well. We operate in a well lit, clean environment and understand the need for cleanliness in all operations. We can assemble components with screws, glue, ultrasonic welding and other processes allowing our customers to receive a complete assembly. We also have the capability to assemble limited sized items in a class 100 laminar flow booth. This application is employed where greater care is required to avoid contamination. If you have an in house assembly you would like to outsource, we would be happy to work with you to develop a process and provide this service. Contract fabrication can include all types of milling, die cutting, punching, drilling and mechanical assembly. Services also include, bag and tag, sorting, and shipping.

Custom Boxes & Packaging

We at Raybold Manufacturing are proud of our close association with our customers and work hand in hand to develop and produce their finished products. As a result of our die cutting capabilities we can design and produce custom boxes for packaging of your finished product. Many of our customers now receive a finished, packaged product, for further distribution to their customers. This reduces handling costs for our customers and can also save you time. We would be happy to work with you on design and development of a custom box for your product.
